Lab values describe engineering margin, not a licence to leave a shade extended in a storm — what these numbers mean and where their limits are. The test report is on file and available on request.
Smart home — motorized versions
Our smart motor option is built with a CSA-certified Matter motor (Matter over Thread) — native Thread radio, no proprietary gateway. A Thread border router is required (e.g. Apple TV 4K or HomePod).
Works with: Apple Home · Samsung SmartThings · Home Assistant (published Matter window-covering support) · Amazon Alexa · Google Home · Tuya Smart (verified by our own pairing tests, August 2026). Further platforms will be listed as we verify them.
Child safety by design
Our indoor range operates cordless (free-stop) or motorized — no dangling operating cords. The U.S. CPSC recommends cordless window coverings for homes with young children.
Warranty & service
1-year warranty plus 3-year service commitment; for EU customers the 2-year statutory guarantee applies in full. Details in Shipping, Returns & Warranty.
What we do not claim
- No EN 13561 wind classification yet — we will publish an EU wind class only when that specific test documentation exists.
- A certification appears on this page only after we have verified the documentation ourselves. This page grows as verification completes.
