Every custom order is made to measure once your sizes are confirmed. Typical production time is 15 working days. Standard delivery is tracked sea/road freight, door to door with duties handled (DDP), which takes 5–6 weeks — so most custom orders arrive 7–9 weeks after size confirmation. ZT06 outdoor zip track blinds are sold as pre-orders with a 50% deposit and the balance invoiced before dispatch; the long rails travel on a fast-ship freight line with scheduled truck delivery, so US orders arrive about 5–6 weeks after size confirmation, while Europe stays at 7–9 weeks. Faster freight can be quoted case by case. Quick-Ship stock items sold through Amazon US ship within days from US stock.
You receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the factory. Shipping is included in your confirmed quote unless stated otherwise.
We double-check every measurement with you before production starts. Up to that confirmation you can change or cancel your order free of charge. Once a made-to-measure order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Because each blind is manufactured to your individual measurements, custom-made products are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal right (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). You are still fully covered where it matters:

Your statutory warranty rights (2 years within the EU) remain unaffected. On top of that: 1 year manufacturer warranty on the complete system and parts service through year 3. For warranty claims, email photos and your order number — most cases are resolved with shipped replacement parts within days.
