Short version: we collect what we need to answer your enquiry and ship your order — nothing more. No data sales, no advertising lists.
What we collect
- Quote & contact forms — name, e-mail, country, measurements and your message. Forms are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox.
- E-mail — transactional mail is sent via Brevo (EU-hosted servers).
- Hosting & statistics — the site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation; in the EU it loads only after consent.
- Orders — payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Legal basis & retention
We process enquiry data to respond to you (contract initiation) and order data to fulfil the contract and meet bookkeeping duties. Enquiry mail is deleted when no longer needed; order records are kept as long as commercial law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — one e-mail to hello@hybershade.com is enough. Since the operator is established outside the EU, our EU representative (see Legal Notice) can also be contacted. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
