Ordering & made-to-measure
Custom products are manufactured only after you approve the written measurement sheet. Until that approval, changes and cancellation are free. After approval, made-to-measure goods are excluded from withdrawal — full rules and the per-category return table are on Shipping, Returns & Warranty.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown per order; for the EU they include applicable VAT where stated. Payment via PayPal or against pro-forma invoice (bank transfer) for business orders. Payment details are only ever sent in our official pro-forma invoice by e-mail — never via chat apps.
Delivery
Made-to-measure: most orders arrive 7–9 weeks after size confirmation, tracked and with duties handled where quoted. ZT06 outdoor zip track blinds are sold as pre-orders (50% deposit, balance before dispatch); US orders arrive about 5–6 weeks after confirmation on our fast-ship freight line, Europe 7–9 weeks. Stock items ship faster as stated on the product page.
Warranty
Statutory rights remain unaffected. On top: 1 year manufacturer warranty on the complete system and parts service through year three.
