Keep the daylight and the view, lose the glare and the afternoon heat. The screen fabric is woven in our own mill, so you choose the openness, the size and the colour — nothing is cut from a stock roll.
“If the room is too bright to see the TV but you don't want to lose the garden, this is the fabric. Tell us which way the window faces and we'll tell you which weave.”
— Kelly West, HyberShade · write to us
Openness is the share of the weave that is open. Lower means more shade and privacy, higher means more light and a clearer view. All three block the direct glare that makes a room unusable in the afternoon.
| 1 % openness | Tightest weave — Strongest glare and heat control, most daytime privacy, softest outline of the view. Pick it for west-facing rooms, screens and TVs. |
|---|---|
| 3 % openness | The all-rounder — Clear enough to read the garden, tight enough to tame afternoon sun. Most living rooms and offices land here. |
| 5 % openness | Clearest view — Keeps the most daylight and the sharpest view out; glare control is lighter. Pick it where the view is the point. |

Two brackets, four screws, one click — the same easy routine for a wide roller. Tick the steps off as you go.
Headrail with the fabric, brackets, screws and wall plugs. Motorized version: remote and charging cable.
Hold the headrail where it will sit (inside the frame or on the wall above it). Mark a bracket 5–8 cm from each end, level; add the middle bracket if it came with one.
Drill, plug if it's plaster or masonry, screw the brackets on. Check the level once more before tightening.
Front lip into the bracket first, then push the back up until it clicks. Give it a gentle tug.
Cordless: push the bottom bar up or down — it stays where you leave it. Motorized: charge, pair the remote using the quick card in the box, run it top to bottom once.
1% for the harshest sun and screens, 5% when the view matters most, 3% if you are unsure — it suits most rooms. Tell us the room's orientation in the quote form and we'll say which we'd pick.
In daylight, yes — it is brighter outside than in. After dark with the lights on, the effect reverses and people can see in. For bedrooms pair it with a blackout roller or choose a blackout shade instead.
Yes — the same cordless, chain or motorized hardware as our GS02 wide roller shade, including the Matter motor that works with Apple Home, Alexa and Google Home.
60 to 250 cm wide (24–98 in) and up to 300 cm drop, in one piece, because we weave the fabric ourselves. Wider openings are quoted individually.
